I found this tweak in cydia called blur remover and I have to say I love it so far.

Thank you for sharing your experience and screenshots, but TBH does it make sense? I mean you can't really read or see the symbols and texts. What's the purpose? But on the other hand it looks special and somehow ghostly ;p

You can adjust it in settings.
