You're trying to restore with an ipsw file that isn't being signed. You have to update to iOS 7.1.1. Just plug your iPad into your computer and click on restore in iTunes. Accept the agreements that come up for downloading iOS 7.1.1. The file should download and it will start restoring after the download is done. You have to leave your iPad plugged into your computer for the entire process.

Make sure you place device into DFU mode first to avoid any issues during restore.

So, i first put my ipad in DFU mode, and just to restore by iTunes? My ipad is jailbreaked, so that is not problem to update to iOS 7.1.1?

Nope! You're restoring the iPad so it doesn't matter. Just make sure to use DFU mode!

Then follow the directions we've given you and place in DFU mode and restore thru iTunes.

What's the purpose of staying in iOS 7.04 and removing jailbreak?

Either restore and keep your jailbreak or update and go to iOS 7.1 and lose jailbreak.

Do you have a copy of the crash report? That could help a lot

It should really be in DFU mode if possible. However, a regular restore should work.

Just do a regular restore after clicking on restore in iTunes. Make sure your internet connect is stable. Don't choose an ipsw file, just hit restore.

Yes. That's what I meant by saying "regular restore". I said to just connect the device to your computer and click restore. DFU mode isn't necessary.

If it keeps on failing, try another computer.
