Canada wide: bell, Rogers, telus, virgin (bell sub), fido (Rogers sub), koodo (telus sub).
In select regions: Videotron, wind, mts, mobilicity.
Those are the more known ones. There are other ones but I can't remember them all. It's a huge mess here...

That would be a thread on its own. But mainly price fixing, price increases at least within 12 months, 90% total market share between the big 3, regional carriers pay the big 3 big money for there users to roam outside their network.
