Anybody know what's wrong?

So my jailbreak is working fine, aside from the fact that every app that involves the use of a camera (Such as Snapchat, Vine, Instagram, etc.) the camera is normal for a second, then converts to black and white and stays this way. Snapchat's not recording videos, but Vine and Instagram are fine. Also, the stock camera app is buggy, when I open it, the camera won't even show up on screen but I can still swipe between video picture and square. Now, when I run the phone in safe mode, the cameras on everything are fine. Anybody know what I can do to fix this so that the camera is fine in all modes?

Vine has been known to cause some issues

i'd delete the app and re jailbreak and see if that helps anything
