My ios 7 jailbroken ipad has the folders out of proportion and shrunk. I have rebooted. What should I do? It looks like this

What's exactly wrong with it? Looks pretty normal to me.

There is a big border and the background is a weird size

That's just how it is in iOS7.

You can try a tweak called 'ClearFolders' to make the folder background transparent .

But that's just cosmetic - no way (up to date) to break up the border given by iOS7.
