I think the signal & wifi bars are from a paid theme called " 69 "

thanks! It was the same author to make both themes.
Unfortunately the theme 69 is unable to purchase.

Check into zepplins. The program is in Cydia but it changes your carrier logo to pictures and they're also in Cydia or online on different blogs. There are a few in the show us your home screen thread. I saw one earlier that was Pac Man which made me smile.
