I'm trying to find a tweak that'll let me make the folders transparent (so that all you see are the tiny icons in them).

I tried doing it through HiddenSettings7, but I had to reset them every time I restarted the phone.

Any other suggestions that are compatible with iOS 7? I'm on a 5s.

Hiddensettings7 works. You just have to redo the settings everytime you respring. I know it's a pain but it's the only option at the moment

That's right, just use it. It works great ;)

A lot of tweaks now have the Hiddensettings functionality integrated, for example QuickActivator and CCToggles. I'm using CCToggles which is really awesome and replaces a lot of other CC tweaks and also Ryan Petrich's FlipControlCenter. You can set to invoke the Hiddensettings trough the CC with a QuickLauch Button.

Shoot. Now, I updated QuickActivator and the "Springboard Settings" button disappeared from the Control Center....
