Go in iFile if you have it and if not, download it. You'll need it to change the code. Inside the theme/iWidget folder inside iFile is a screenshot like this

Look for one that says widget or in this case, config:



Open that and then look for something that says var locale. When you find that, enter the weather code there and save. The var local spot will be about halfway down usually.
