iPhone 4S+Gevey+iOS 7 GM = Love ?

Hello!

I have an iPhone 4s with 5.1.1 (bb 2.0.12) unlocked with gevey and I was wondering if I can update to iOS7GM, and if yes, how do i proceed.

The os version isn t a problem, i ve already download it from "the internet".

To answer the headline question: Probably not. At least not until Gevey supports iOS7... you'll have to check their web site for updates on that.

My gevey is a gevey ultra s. I saw some user saying that it will work, but i not 100% confident.Should I wait for the official version on the 18th of sept or should i install the GM one? (they are basically the same).

Mine's factory unlocked and jailbroken on 6.1, so definitely not going to update to 7 until a jailbreak is released for 7.

The internet doesn't require quotes.

He suggested you wait until Gevey supports ios7, telling us which version you have won't change any of that. GEVEY They announce updates there.

though I have not tried it with a foreign sim

ehh, i just did it and the gevey welcome screen comes up but no luck getting it to allow the sim and it tells me to go get it unlocked :redface: don't know what my next step is because as nice as ios7 is, i need a phone not just an ipod
