Try a different USB port? That's about the only other advice I can give you.

i tried different USB port , different computers ( 4 desktops + 1 laptop ) .. i tried on Windows XP , 7 and 8 .. i tried 3 different cables .. old and new itunes versions .. i tried DFU mode from redsn0w and iREB .. i tried on 2 different networks .
and still having the same problem .. so i guess the problem maybe hardware issue.. and i just gave up for now .. but i have learned alot
