Firstly can you downgrade a 3GS on 6.1.3 without blobs to 6.1.2.

Secondly if the above answer is no. Is there a semi tether jailbreak available for the 3GS running 6.1.3.

EDIT: No downgrading without SHSH is impossible but there is a 6.1.3 semi tethered JB for 3GS
