Siri and reminder app not working

I assume this happened after the jailbreak. Siri cannot create a reminder since the reminder app is messed up. Has anyone experienced any problems with this after a jailbreak? Is there a way to unjailbreak and leave it at 6.1.2 or is upgrading to a later version the only way to unjailbreak? The only reason I jailbroke was to use a wifi-hotspot app. If not for that I would not have done it. Is there a way to use the iphone tethered to a pc in order to get on the internet with the pc?

You can try using Semi-restore or iLex rat. Those would be your two only options without restoring to 6.1.3
