having trouble in 6.1.3 jail breaking on ipone 4 device with redsnow

when i was trying to jail break through redsnow by reading step by step on to tutorial tutorial link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRQR9GxsctU

tutorial says: Click the Extras button and click on Select IPSW. Afterwards navigate Redsn0w to the unaltered iOS 6.0 IPSW which you previously downloaded. While running Redsn0w, click on jailbreak and follow the instructions provided. Shortly afterwards you will be reminded to select and install Cydia.

now in this step i am having this error title "Error preparing data" error says: failed to decrypt kernel...... Please Help me... i have Iphone 4 GSM locked... and i didn't save my shsh blobs before updating to 6.1.3 please let me know any kind of heactivate possible without simcard because its lock

It may be out when the iphone dev team releases a jailbreak for the final version of ios 7 because the exploits can be used. that's why they didn't release a jailbreak for 6.1.3 they didn't want to risk apple patching them.

Wrong!! Been out for a while, just doesn't work on i5, 4S, mini or iPad 4.

Or any iPad, and it's tethered, unless it's the original 3GS model. It is true that they are holding exploits for future use, but older devices can get some benefit from redsn0w.
