MyWi frustration please help

My MyWi doesn't work. I think I've followed the directions properly. Whenever I try to use the Internet or any data on my iPad I get the unable to connect message. I'm not sure what I'm missing here. Please help.

I have had MyWi since iPhone 4 and I have had constant issues with it. Dropped it for TetherMe and it is works flawlessly. You don't get the options that MyWi can give you, but it simply works without frustration. About all I can offer you.

Need more info to help you out. What device is MiWi installed on? What iOS are u running, etc....

Installed on iPhone 5 with iPad mini as client. Running 6.1
