And I don't know what it means and not had it before plus it prevents changes from showing on the changes page
Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

It means you've added too many repos and the sheer number of packages is overwhelming the app. Uninstall some repos and then try again.

I've been getting the same problem today and I can't reload Cydia. I don't think it's the normal problem of having too many packages. There something else going on right now with Cydia

Whatever you do DO NOT uninstall Bigboss Repo!!! Uninstall the latest repo and see if that works, if not do one more and so on....

Well it was a sources problem, I removed ZodTTD/MacCiti repo (didn't use it) and the problem resolved.

It's not 1 specific source issue. Would have gotten the same result removing any repo

The weird thing is I haven't added a repo for months, must have been to many packages in one of my repos from recent additions. Am going to go in and edit out themes and such that I never use to thin out packages.
