corrupted Jailbreak

Hello all,

I have an iphone 5 ios 6.1.2 and it was jailbroken and working fine until I woke up this morning. it was frozen so i turned it off and let it sit for a few hours and plugged it in to the wall. It turned back on and no cydia icon appeared. I plug it into the evasi0n tool and it says the phone is already jailbroken. I need some help I definetly dont want to update to 6.1.3 is there anyway to fix this. Im not an expert at all this so try not to go over my head to much with the suggestions please. Thank you anyone that can help
