Camera icon gone!

I have an iPhone 5 on 6.0.2 jailbroken. This afternoon my camera icon disappeared. I snooped around and saw that someone suggested to "reset all settings" to see if that worked. After I did this, camera icon was still not on my springboard. When I tried to respiring, it was in Safe Mode. Every time I try to respiring, it comes back in Safe Mode. I've deleted many packages, thinking that might help, but nothing. How can I get out of Safe Mode?

BTW I tried someone's suggestion to go to settings>general>restrictions and that worked to get the camera icon back.

well, I am not sure. Generally the reset all buttons don't work properly, if at all on a jailbroken device. You can try a reboot (home+power) and see if that helps.
