Distorted Reboot circle

Lately I've been noticing this odd occurrence usually happens from a respring sometimes not. The looping circle that appears when you restart your iPhone sometime gets all distorted, sorta like whatever image they used for the circle gets all pixelated. Usually a reboot will take care of it and the looping circle looks normal again. Anyone else noticing this on their jailbroken iPhones? I'm using an iPhone 4S on 6.1.2.

I've noticed it too but once it's done resprining all is good. Not anything to worry anout
