Update from 6.0.2 to 6.1 only

Hey guys I really want to update my iPhone to 6.1 so that I can have the LTE switch for my phone and I'm only in 6.0.2 when I try to plug it in iTunes it says there is an update, but it's 6.1.3 I only want to stay in 6.1 the one that can still be jailbreak

As far as I know, apple stopped signing 6.1 and the only version is 6.1.3.

Everything I have read seems to indicate they won't release another jailbreak until IOS 7. And the timing of a legit 7 jailbreak isn't known.

Finn is correct. It's assumed there will not be another until iOS 7, and as for a release date, it could be a couple months after said update is released. For iOS5, it was Christmas. iOS 6 we got on the Superbowl. It seems to take a wee bit longer each time.

Not possible because Apple isn't signing the shsh blobs for anything but 6.1.3 any longer. Can't even do it if you are jailbroken.

It is not possible to do through iTunes. Not sure if it is possible to do through iCloud.

Thanks but reading some more threads, it seems like there is no option, if I restore, it would bring me up to 6.1.3 I just wanted to start fresh like it was the first day of opening it.

Do a factory reset and wipe all data. It will return you to the iOS version you are running now.

You mean use the "erase all settings and data feature right? The iPad is jailbroken so that option doesn't work.

You should start a separate thread asking how you can do what you want to do on a jailbroken device.

To erase all contents from a jailbroken device is easy. All you have to do is sync to a blank iTunes library. Bam--all content is gone, but the OS and cydia are intact.
