Can anyone tell me if there's a way to tell which version of Evasi0n and Cydia are on my phone just by checking on the iOS itself? I mean, is there anything in settings that has this information listed somewhere? Thanks,

Open Cydia. Hit about on the top left to see cydia version. Then go to manage and then packages, go down to e for evasi0n and you can see what version that is.
