Lockscreen Camera Theming

Is there any theme/tweak that lets you remove those two lines above and below the lockscreen camera image?

Yes.

It's perfect. Use it with forecast that's what I did.

Oh I'm sorry I thought you meant the black shadings, not the 2 lines.

It can definitely be themed, but you just need to replace the entire image--the lines are part of it, not a separate file. You can find the image in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app. It's called CameraGrabber@2x~iphone.png

Tons of themes do this, just find one you like and grab the image:
