Cydia packages

i installed icleaner to try and remove old files on my iphone 5. However it installed a bunch of packages that weren't deleted when i removed icleaner.

Examples:
APT 0.6
APT 0.7 Strict
APT 0.7 HTTPS
bzip
lesssed
zip

Are these safe to remove?

It's safe to remove "dependency" packages that are installed with packages.
For example lesser is only used as an extension to Icleaner to display less information if you chose that setting for Icleaner.

However you need to be sure you are only removing the particular dependencies? thAt way you don't "break" other tweaks.
Just be aware of what cydia says when you select a package to uninstall!

If it says other packages that what you i ally selected to uninstall, then that package is required for other packages to work properly!
