iOS 6.1.3 is on the way... will you decline the upgrade once it becomes available?

I've "jailbroken" phones in the past and loved the flexibility and customization, but now it doesn't seem like it's worth the effort to me. Hopefully Apple will see the value in some of the jailbreak apps and add the functionality to iOS.
