Theme Question

I saw a really neat YouTube video and as soon as I saw it I decided to jailbreak.

I'm having problems using SBSettings.

A) for some reason, I can't get the toggles to show in the Notification Center. I've been messing with every single option in SBSettings and have nothing to show for it. Anyone have a reason why / something obvious I'm forgetting?

B) in the Youtube video I linked earlier (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYrBHWJa3lI), does anybody know what theme he's using, how to make it clear like that and how to blur the background?

Ok, I got the blur working. I just need to figure out why my toggles won't appear.

just no restoring when 6.1.3 drops which will happen soon
