Looking at Audi and missionboard pro but neither list an option to have a selected apps that are never killed with the kill all command. Apps you always want running. Anything out there?

You can also use "Kill Background", that's my favorite.
  • It's right in the switcher,
  • you can have a small or big button,
  • on one or on both edges of the switcher
  • you can also chose apps which should not be "killed"
  • you can chose apps, where it always asks if you really want to kill that/those apps
  • it's free
  • the button/buttons gets themed (in themes like ayecon)
Do I really have to mention something else? :p :p :p

Does it work with jlauncher?
I don't know if I ready to quit hating on auxo yet! That hatred fueled me so well!!
I guess I could go back to hating on zephyr though?

Crap! That was supposed to say "Auxo" not Audi. Stupid auto-correct😒. Thanks for the tip I will probably go with Auxo even though 3cit has nearly marred its image for life in my mind... 😃 It was funny to see 3cit chime in on a recent thread about a memory leak with unrelenting Auxo hating😁. But I can always try and see for myself.

Fb2, appreciate the free alternative suggestion. I actually may try that first.

I heard weekillbackground was causing some problems for folks. Is the pro version immune to the same issues or unknown?

Personal taste, but I'm not a fan of the UI of KillBackground:

Those buttons (even themed to be less ugly) seem out of place to me.

hahaha stop hating xD
That's really a ugly presentation of this awesome tweak :p
The two big buttons are for the iPad, it doesn't look great on the iPhone
Look at this screenshot, that's how it looks with ayecon and if you set it to show only one button to kill apps.

Oh, that's not so bad! I'd only ever seen the other version!
