Does AT&T Charge you for Mywi on iPhone 5?

I have been using MyWi for my iPhone 5 & so I was wondering if they add the tethering plan to your bill now? I know before they did but as of now I have not gotten any message of sort claiming that I've been added. Either way I want to be on the safe side and know if I should remove it or not, only if they do.

If they catch you, they send you a warning saying they're going to. One of my friends got that text. He deleted MyWi, called AT&T, and kept his plan as is.

That was a while ago though.

I'm not in the US, so I can't speak from personal experience, but I've read reports that as long as you don't cause a spike in your monthly traffic you'll be okay.
