Notification center color tweak?

When I was jail broken before I had a tweak where I could change the color of the NC to anything I wanted. It had like a slider button to change the color. I forget the name of it. Anyone know it? I found one that uses Winterboard but its not as good. The one I am thinking of was not a Winterboard tweak. Thanks
