Just tested and Instagram worked fine on my JB'd iPad Mini and iP5

Instagram works fine I've been Jailbroken for days now and I'm a huge IGer. It might just have an issue with one if the tweaks you've installed. Think of the last tweak or app you installed before it started to crash and try un-installing it.

Agreed. Trying to run IG from Safe Mode couldn't hurt.

Or just try a reboot.

Google
Maps was just crashing on me every minute or so, reboot and fine since.
