Typo clock hiding notification center?

I'm using typo clock and ever since now it seems to be overriding my new messages and notifications on my home screen. I have no idea they're there until I unlock.

Is there anything to solve this or any other alternative tweaks anyone suggest using to make notifications look good with THIS specific clock?!

It's a known issue with all HTML based lock screen themes. Until Winterboard gets an update the only thing you can do is not use that kind of lock screen. If you use lockinfo, intelliscreenx, or bulletin, you can get your notification center on the lock screen and access them that way.
