Unlock iOS 4.3.5 with baseband 04.12.02 on iPhone 4?

Hy!
I?ve been trying to downgrade my baseband, because unfortunately updated to iOS 6 and my baseband updated to 04.12.02 . I had my SHSH blobs saved for 4.3.5, so i downgraded but my baseband is still the same. I?ve tried to restore in iTunes to 5.1.1 with alt+click on Restore but Apple?s servers tell me that my phone is not eligible for this update, maybe they have locked all updates under iOS 6. Does anybody have a solution? Please help! Thank you

p.s. IMEI unlock is not an option, i?m locked to T-Mobile in Hungary and they are the only one, who can provide me IMEI unlock for 200$!! (25000 hungarian foints, really expensive)

You're stuck with it. There isn't a downgrade for iPhone 4. I'd try to talk with T-Mobile and see if they can't unlock it officially.

They can, but 200 bucks is just really expensive. But thanks anyway!

Well then purchase an unlock through eBay or some other company for like 30 bucks.
Tmobile really wants to charge you 200 bucks for an unlock? How much of your contract do you have left?
