Is there anything I can do to prepare for the arrival of my iPhone 5 and a jailbreak tool?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 with a bunch of tweaks. I really like the way that I have everything set up and I was wondering if it were possible for me to back up all of the mods that I have done, to ensure that I can use all of them once I get my iPhone 5 and I get it jailbroken?

Cydia saves all ur purchases so you're ok there. U can use a program called PkgBackup in cydia, works like a champ. Don't hold ur breathe on the ip5 jb, gonna be a while.
