Can't get rid of this status bar icon

This blue text bubble (is white on home screen) with the #1 in it. Driving me crazy.

FYI, I have lockinfo, and bitesms installed.

Help me out so I can get rid of it

is this not a new message notification? try looking at your stock messages app to see if you have an unread text msg.

Bitesms > settings > more stuff > status bar icon toggle to OFF.

It's actually lockinfo with the blue message icon. So settings-lockinfo-plugins-statusbar notification

It's bite. Lockinfo doesn't have the number in the bubble. If you have an unread message, clear it. If not, try deleting conversations until it clears.

Or if you never want it you can turn it off forever as posted above in the bite settings.

That's exactly what I have from biteSMS but I like the statusbar icon. Sharma15 is spot on. If it wasn't there I'd dd it through open notifier.

Very helpful I agree, but Bite has a little bug where once in a while the icon will get stuck in the status bar even if you already read the message. Clearing conversations or even just opening the bite app is usually enough to clear it.
