Any tweak to automatically turn off wifi of not cnnected?

Hello! I've been looking for a tweak that would turn off wifi if a network connection couldn't be made. Any ideas?

when not actually connected, the wifi radio goes dormant, and its power consumption is negligible.

As true as that may be, I'd still prefer something that would turn off the wifi when not connected to a wifi network.

there's the stock settings app, or jailbreak and use SBSettings NCsettings for quickly turning wifi on and off manually. I don't know that there's anything to do it automatically.
