You have to turn SBSettings on in notification center as well

Are you using and notification center tweaks already? Or lockinfo or intelliscreenx

Just to make sure, after installing it, did you go to your SBSettings setting app, then set Window/Notification toggles (depending on how you use SBSettings)? You will usually need to go into those toggles, check to see if the one you installed is there, and then enable it.

If you enable the toggle in "Set Window Toggles" it will only show up in the little drop-down sbsettings window. If you enable it in "Set Notification Toggles," it will show in the notification center if you have that enabled.

Does it at least show up as an item in your list of toggles?

i think the sbbrightness buttons are supposed to show up on the springboard pages, so its not within the sbsetting dropdown window. or maybe its supposed to show up in the notification center.
im wondering if op solved his problem by now
