Jailbreak problem - can't restore from iTunes

I downloaded the absinthe software from greenpoison after backing up my iPhone4 in iTunes. After the jailbreak, my original device is no longer found in iTunes and I can no longer access iTunes from my computer. I get the following error: 0x800B0109. Have I lost my backup? Does Apple know I tried to jailbreak? Also, I have the Cydia icon, but it does not open. It just kindof blinks if I try to open it.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

Also, if I try to access my account through the "Account" link on the right side of iTunes, I get a different error - Error (-1202). Both this error and the error above say "There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."
