Reload springboard icon missing

I just re-jb, iPhone 4 version 5.1.1 and sometimes when I reboot or reload icon is missing first slot on dock. I thought it was 5 dock, but not. Anyone know what is causing this?

I have infinity folder, 5 column icons,

I'm brand new to 5.1.1 jailbreak, no clue here, BUT I saw your thread was unanswered and just wanted to refresh it and hopefully get someone else to answer your question. Anyone? Bueller?

Not sure if I understand the question...are you missing an app icon, or are you missing the reloading spinner that shows when you respring?

If you use a five icon dock and one is missing, check to see if you're in Safe Mode. If so, restart.

I have never seen this myself but I don't have infinity folder, 5 column icons installed. Possibly reload 5 icon dock?
