How did you get your LS wallpaper to show? I have LS minimalisity and jpegifier both installed. I followed the instructions included with Minimalisity to change the variable in the code to "Jpegifier" but all I get is a blank screen.

Edit: I see the current weather in the lower bar, and I can tap to retrieve the forecast, but the rest of the screen save for the top status bar is blank.

I couldn't get it to work with Jpegifer either. I just use the wallpapers included with the lockscreen. There are 4 folders with 10 wallpapers each. I use the one named city.
