Thanks. Theme is called 4 Real HD and the font is trajanus roman.

The theme is called Symbian Belle. I added a widget called SB Vertical Widget for the time and temp/conditions on the top and side of the phone.

^ Hey how would I go about using only the weather widget that comes in Pages? I loved that widget when I had the theme installed on my 4S, but have now moved on to another theme.

I'll have to look into it and let you know. I'll have to find out if the weather widget is compatible.

New theme in Cydia I found today.

My phone is now perfect! I love it and I will not be changing much except tweaking little aspects. The only thing that would complete it now is if Gridlock was updated. I'm using the Pages theme with Lockinfo and some of my own customizations(transparent folder icons, monogram folder background, Mario Zeppelin pack, custom system sounds).
