cydia problems after JB'ing with absinthe?

upgraded to 5.1.1 this morning and jailbroke with the new absinthe, but I go to install all my cydia apps and tweaks I keep getting all kinds of error messages, mainly "HTTP/1.1 500 internal server error" almost nothing will load. anyone else having this problem or did my jailbreak just get screwed up somewhere along the line??

Your jailbreak is fine. This is a server issue from all the people trying to access Cydia at the same time. Just wait it out.

(Though not to be mean, but it is explained with the "internal server error" bit. Cydia is overwhelmed.)

It took me a few hours to get all my apps back. Just keep trying.

like poster said it happens every single time. There are a ton of people hammering the servers I usually just wait a day or two and everything is back to normal. I don't like installing the apps over and over I just feel like it's not insalled properly rather wait it out.
