Jailbreak/Icloud/Restore question!!!

So i have a quick question for anyone who has tryed or anyone who would know the answer. I havent backed up my contacts in a little while or anything via icloud cause my phone is jailbroken obviously but i have a question that if i add contacts on my icloud from my phone they go to my IPAD2.... Now my question is..... If i do a restore and i redo my icloud on my iphone im guessing all my contacts will come back......Second question is if i backup and then redo the icloud will is screw up my icloud since my phone is backed up....

Backups and Contact Sync are separate.

Contact Sync is always current and is on all devices.

As for backups - you can have multiple backups of the same device if you choose.
