iPhone 3GS 8GM new Unlock/Jailbreak help

Hi,

I have an iPhone 3GS which is locket to AT&T US, also made after 35th week of 2011 so it has the new chip (BB 5.16.05), Is there anyway I can unlock this? I found the redsn0w + ultrasn0w doesnt work for this at the moment... Please let me know if anyone can guide me or do it for money..

what version of iOS are you on? iOS 5.0.1, 5.1, etc

First jailbreak using Redsn0w 0.9.10b6 and you might have to flash your baseband to ipod baseband through same redsn0w after that install latest ultrasn0w 1.2.5 along with mobilesubstrate 0.9.3995 from cydia. That's it all.
