I lose service everytime I install something from Cydia

So I have an interesting problem.


Everytime I install something from cydia, I lose service on my phone.


I lose service and I'm forced to reboot inorder to get service back.


I dont think this is a normal procedure, has anyone had this problem and/or know of a fix.


I have an iPhone 4, 01.59.00 baseband.

I've never had that problem. Maybe go through and remove jailbreak tweaks one by one until it stops happening? Sounds like misbehaving code.

I have a similar problem, if my iPhone 4 reboots, it loses signal for several hours.

You could try reinstalling ultrasn0w.

Well, I got a new antenna and most of my problems are taken care of.

My old antenna looked burnt.


Now, my only problem is that my phone number shows up as "unknown" in the settings.
