If I restore my iPhone 4s will I be forced to download 5.1?

When trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4s it says that it is already jailbroken. I want to restore my phone but if I do will I be forced to update to 5.1?

Download iOS 5.0.1 IPSW. Save it to your desktop. If you're using iTunes on Windows hold the shift
key down and click "restore" and iTunes will ask you to locate the IPSW that you want to install. Select
the 5.0.1 you saved to the desktop. I'd do this as soon as I can before Apple stops signing it.

Get the IPSW from http://www.imore.com/downloads/
