Noki HD theming help!

I have the Noki HD theme, which I love.

All the icons changed, EXCEPT PdaNet!

It's really frustrating have on icon stuck like this.

I've SSH'd to the PdaNet bundle, and I can't figure out which .png is the icon. There is one titled icon_orange.png, but I tried replacing it and it did not work.

Okay, so Icon_Orange.png was the correct file, but when I replaced it with an icon I ran into another problem.

The icon changed to what I wanted, but it had a white square around it. The white square was the size of the original icon.
