I recently bought myself ScrollingBoard since I liked that it allows infinite apps in a folder without the lag like in Infinifolders. I finally accumulated about 19 apps within a folder and I started to see this when I go rearrange my apps:

It looks like a glitch in the folder since if I remove the last two apps it doesn't do that. Has anyone with ScrollingBoard experienced the same thing or can confirm it?
