MyProfiles Alternative

Just took the plunge into the iPhone world but am not sure how long I will stay if I cannot find a solution to my problem.

I am an IT Manager so I am on call 24/7. I need a solution that will allow certain numbers to ring even of the phone is set to vibrate. I also need a solution to alert me when an email comes in containing a certain subject even if my phone is on vibrate.

I love my phone but gotta have these features. I thought I found the perfect solution called MyProfiles but it has been discontinued. Any alternatives??

I use SB Schedule. My Profiles was junk, anyway. Nothing ever worked for me.

Will this allow calls to ring from certain numbers while all others remain on vibrate?

SBSchedule is not approved for iOS5 yet. Any other ideas, folks?

Has anyone used iScheduler? Saw that in Cydia last night but didn't notice a free trial for it.

I use ischeduler, it works great for what I need, but It doesn't allow for contact to contact personalization... You can set volume for times of day, and you can turn services on or off, or set apps to run at certain times, but it won't let certain contacts override current system settings...
