I have 2 3GS that keep going from t-mobile to searching. I also have a 3G that indicates 2bars in the same area. I also have a 4 indicating 2 bars. They all are JB and unlocked. The 3GS are running on 5.0.1 with BB 6.15. I have reinstalled the software a couple of times. I replaced the sim cards. I activated them with location off.

Any further suggestions would be wonderful.

Try reinstalling the iPad baseband... This just might do the trick.

I have done that also. It did not work. I have tried data off as well. I am thinking it is an issue with 6.15 working on certain 3GS phones. Ironically, one is an early phone, and the other is a new boot rom phone.

    Thank you

    Maybe toggling airplane mode?...

Just to make sure: your iPhone 3G works well and does not have the iPad baseband, right? If so I'm inclined to think that the iPad baseband is the culprit.
