No Landscape view on jailbreak

after jailbreaking i realized that my phone will not go into Lanscape view for sms, safari, or photos....

before i try to reinstall cydia apps to see which app is causing this, maybe someone has had this happen and knows a fix?? thanks

First, go into the settings and see if somehow the orientation lock feature got enabled.
