App Like MyProfiles for iOS 5?

I have been using MyProfiles forever; then I upgraded to iOS 5 and found that it wasn't supported. Is anyone aware of a similar app?

The main functionality I'm looking for is to have the ringer volume automatically change at defined times. Basically because I always forget to turn it down when I get to work, and back up when I leave.
