ISSUE: Jailbreak with Redsn0w on Internet with Proxy Server

Hi -

I am running iOS 5.0.1 on Verizon iPhone 4. I am trying to jailbreak (from scratch) with Redsn0w but I keep getting stuck with an error message saying: "Cannot download IPSW. Make sure you are connected to the internet." Something like that. However, I am connected to the internet, although I am at work and there is a proxy server. Is it possible that is preventing Redsn0w from accessing the internet? If that's the case, is there a way around it?
